If you can't love yourself at your highest weight, chances are that you'll still have a hard time loving yourself at your "ideal" weight. Self-love is about so much more than a number on the scale. Take baby steps every day to treat yourself with the care and respect that you deserve: Practice journaling or talking to a counselor, take long, thoughtful walks, and nourish yourself with healthy foods. It can be a long, difficult journey to achieve self-love, but it can be done with a little bit of regular TLC.
