Calories Burned - p90x3: CVX

This 33-minute workout from Beachbody trainer Tony Horton is a cardio workout that incorporates weight training with very little rest periods between sessions. The exercises are broken into four rounds. You do each group of exercises twice before moving on to the next round. Each exercise is performed for one minute.
